The Centre is located at Sunshine on the Morisset Peninsula on the west side of Lake Macquarie, between Newcastle and Sydney.

By Car: Take the Morisset exit from the F3 Freeway. Proceed through the town of Morisset, cross over the railway line, take the right turn into Fishery Point Road, and at the Telstra tower, a left turn. Continue on Fishery Point Road  through Bonnells Bay to Cessnock Road.  There is a large green water tank at this intersection. The Centre is 500 metres down Cessnock Road, on the right.

By Train: There is a railway station at Morisset, on the City Rail Service between Sydney and Newcastle. Trains are approximately hourly, and take up to 2 hours.

By Air: Sydney Airport has many more transport options and is recommended. Connect with the train service from Sydney Central.

Newcastle Airport is about 35mins (30km) north of Newcastle, with no direct rail link.
